Dr. Louis Noce, a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, has been a pioneer in minimally invasive spine surgery for nearly 20 years. He specializes in complex spine and minimally invasive treatments for a wide range of spine issues, including spinal diseases, degenerative spinal disorders, spinal tumors, and congenital spinal conditions. Additionally, Dr. Noce is an expert in neurosurgical issues such as adult brain tumors, cranial trauma, and spinal trauma. He is a leading educator, teaching other surgeons these advanced techniques. Dr. Noce also focuses on failed spine surgery syndrome, providing relief to patients experiencing new or persistent pain following spinal surgery.

Dr. Noce founded the first multispecialty, integrated medical facility in upstate New York. Renowned for his healthcare leadership through clinical excellence and compassionate patient care, he ensures his patients understand all their treatment options while providing optimal care in the most minimally invasive form, enabling rapid recovery.
